Activities:

Horseback: Whether horseback riding is new to you or you are an experienced rider, our varied riding program will fit your needs. From slow scenic rides through the Saguaro cactus to brisk fast rides, to exciting mountain rides, there is something for everyone. For the rugged few, our weekly all day rides are a challenge and for the cowboy in all of us, team cattle penning is a taste of work on a cattle ranch.
One of the unique aspects of our ranch is our weekly rodeo where our cowboys and cowgirls rope, ride cutting horses, barrel race, and steer wrestle.
Other: Many of our guests prefer petting horses to riding them. They will enjoy the hiking, tennis, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, horseshoes, shuffleboard, billiards, and the extensive collection of books in our library, and of course our sparkling and refreshing heated pool and indoor redwood hot tub. Out petting zoo has deer, miniature horses, llamas, potbellied pigs, and pygmy goats.

Children's Program:
At White Stallion Ranch we love children. In order to provide a great family vacation, we plan specific activities for children. Here are some pictures of the fun times your children will have at White Stallion Ranch. Click photos to see larger images.

Lodging:

All rooms have air conditioning, private bath, two have showers only, the rest, tub/shower combination. Most have double bed with twin bed. Deluxe suites have fireplace, whirlpool tub, king-size bed. Washer & Dryer facilities are available on the ranch for our guests, 32 rooms.

Facilities: Relax on our patios, or in our cozy comfortable living room - or in our Happy-Hour Saloon. The ranch is noted for delicious meals, cookouts, steak barbecues, and hayrides. Our evening activities include moonlight bonfires with cowboy entertainment.

Amenities:
There is tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton or paddle tennis. All courts are lighted and available in the evenings.
Spa facilities include a fitness center (everything you could want for a great work out - modern equipment, Sirius satellite music, beautiful surroundings and a sauna), heated pool and redwood Hot Tub, and massage services ($50 to $70 per hour)

As the week progresses, each session takes on its own personality as side trips riding into the mountains, volleyball, swimming, and adult camaraderie develop. Campfires, guitar music, story telling, and dancing are options available to all. Viewed as an adult camp with a theme, this format has the highest degree of retention by the students. Even veteran equine professionals are awed by the knowledge they bring home. Working with a large variety of horses with varying issues, is an invaluable opportunity and critical to the learning process. There is absolutely no substitute for handling dozens of horses in one week!
